Parties for 11-13 Years Old


You can choose two pieces to make at your party.

The jewellery designs below will be suitable for this age group and the designs and colours are just examples of what the girls can make ( you can also choose anything from Yr 5-8 & 9-10 pages and concentrate on design more).

If you do have children with advanced experience in jewellery making, I am happy to discuss this further.  The purpose of these parties are for the girls to have a happy and fun experience, and should not pose to be too challenging for them.

When you book a party, I will need to know if and how many of the girls have had experience with using jewellery pliers.  This is not essential, but with help me plan the party.

Charm Bracelet
 


This bracelet is very popular, a little experience in using pliers is needed for this piece.  The girls will be given a chain where they can add their charms onto this bracelet.  They can also make up their own charms with different beads.  The girls will also finish off their bracelet by adding the clasp at the end.

Dragonfly Crimp Necklace


This is a crimp necklace which is a beautiful style of necklace, its like the beads are floating in mid air.  For this style you will need experience in using pliers and a little bit of strength as flatening these crimps to the wire can sometimes be a little hard.  Beads are placed on a board and the beads are placed on the wire and crimped in place, each time the wire is placed back on the board to ensure the equal measurements on each side of the necklace.  A lot of concentration and patience is needed for this one.

Handbag Charm



Make your own designer handbag charm.  You will need some experience in using pliers and jewellery making.  This is a fun piece to make with your friends.

Bookmark Charms

Make a bookmark with lots of dangly charms, you can make them up as you go along or co ordinate a theme or colours.  It just maybe that you would like to make one for a present for someone or keep it for yourself!
